I wanted to touch base with all the Upstand users out there doing their best for their wellbeing but find it hard to get motivated or find time, or both!
A few years back before I started Upstand I totally took my health for granted, I knew my health and wellbeing wasn't heading in the right direction but I didn't know what to do about it.
The good news is you have an Upstand... so I encourage you to grab your Upstand and take advantage of any opportunity to get up and moving, even if its only for 10 minutes every hour.
